Just kidding, we're talking about a shooter here. It's all-about the hot red-head. Originally an arcade shooter that was ported to the PC Engine and Sega Saturn, console developers added Hentai cut-scenes to boost sales. The PC Engine version is fully uncensored BUT getting to the gusto takes some hard-core shooter skills. This red head is quite the tease! The Saturn version, which regrettably underwent some Hentai editing, boosts better graphics than its PC Engine counterpart, and is a nice addition for any Saturn collection. For gameplay, the Saturn version is considered superior.

As a shooter Steam Hearts is pretty mediocre. The enemies attack in seemingly random patterns, which makes it hard to find a groove. Graphics are so-so and the cut-scenes are a little too static. Of the two, the Saturn version has slightly better graphics. There are two modes available on the Saturn: Arcade and Original. Original mode includes the Hentai story.
