March of 2007 marks a new era in gaming - the Make Up Era. In just a few short weeks, Sega is set to release the Love and Berry cosmetic line, "LB Cosmica." Forget leetspeak, with terms such as Shiny Powder Puff, there is a new language to learn; the superficial language of Sephora.
To corner the gamer make up market, Sega is targeting the core gamer demographic - 0 to 14 year old girls. The concept behind LB Cosmica is to "Raise the Ladies of the Future," and Sega does so with its two step product line. Step One is marketed towards children ages 0 to 9 (because a gamer baby can't go outside without her make up on), and Step Two is marketed towards the teeny-boppers. The LB Cosmica line will consist of age appropriate products such as Shiny Powder Puff, Skin Lotion and Cool Gel.
What exactly is "Shiny Powder Puff?" Apparently, there are two versions. The Love version will make you sparkle an elegant gold, while the Berry version will make you shine a cool silver. Awesome!
