PG Responds: No it does not but the makers are supposedly trying to develop one now.

You call this a Wii-Loader. It's just an updated copy of Freeloader. The Wiiloader is for Wii games. Freeloader is for Gamecube games.
And these updated Freeloaders are available all over the net.
