Fox McCloud Returns!

Over three months ago, Fox McCloud, PG's resident guardian, disappeared from his post without a trace. It was a sad time in the history of PG as worried friends and family searched all over for their missing companion. Candlelight vigils were held, psychics were called, Bad Dudes were hired, but nobody could find the lost statue.

All may have seemed lost, but today we are proud to announce that after many weeks of wandering in the wilderness, Fox has returned home!

Where did he go? Who did he meet? Were the mysteries of the universe revealed to him? Read on to hear the story of Fox's Excellent Adventure.

Our tale begins on a dark and stormy night three months ago. The PG elders were retiring for the night after a long session of Dev Kit and Power Pro Baseball. As the elders left the store, one of them, the legendary Uncle J, mentioned a story that the spirits had told him of an amazing object , the mythical 21-sided die. Fox was intrigued by this tale and wanted to know more, but the spirits had not told Uncle J any more.

Fox decided that he had to find out if this d21 really existed so he packed his bags and left one night without telling anyone where he was going. He first traveled up I-5 to Penny Arcade HQ, hoping that the masters of rolling 20s could help him in his quest to roll 21s. Unfortunately, PA was too busy with ping-pong and Puzzle Quest to help Fox in his journey.

Fox then went to Redmond to visit Nintendo, hoping to meet Shigeru Miyamoto. He hoped that the patron saint of gaming and 9th most influential person in the world could teach him the secrets of the 21-sided die. While traveling the corridors of the big N's offices, Fox took a wrong turn and ended up in the basement. Waiting for him wasn't Miyamoto, but instead one of Nintendo's darkest creations, Tingle.

Tingle told Fox that he knew where to find the d21, but that knowledge would cost many Rupees. Fox gave the elf all of his money, and in exchange, Tingle gave him a plane ticket to Japan. Fox was instructed to travel to a train station in a place called Yasu where he would meet an old friend that would help him on his journey.

Excited, Fox hopped on a plane and traveled to the birthplace of video games. He traded the last of his supplies for train fare to Yasu and waited at the station for his mysterious friend. Tired, hungry, and broke, Fox was almost ready to give up his quest when a train pulled into the station and off came his best friend, Pink Godzilla - in plush form.

PInk Godzilla had been visiting Japan with the PG Elders when he was accidentally left behind on the train. He had traveled to Yasu to wait for the forgetful Elders to retrieve him. Fox explained his quest for the d21 and asked for his help. Pinky G thought for a minute and then realized what had happened. Uncle J had drank one too many of Ft. St. George's famous Orange Crackberries and dreamed up the idea of a 21-sided die.

Disappointed, Fox decided that he had enough of adventuring and was ready to return home. However, while he was off using the bathroom, the Elders came by to pick up their missing plushie and left without him. Fox was now stuck in the Yasu train station with no way to get home. He thought that he would be stuck in Japan for the rest of his life.

Fox had one final idea, with the last of his strength he raised his voice to the heavens and cried out for OUENDAN!!!! The superhero cheerleaders answered Fox's call and spirited him back to the Northwest through the power of J-Pop and interpretive dance. Fox didn't quite make it back to Seattle, though. Instead he landed in a field in Sammamish where he was found by a kind passerby named Peter.

Peter nursed Fox back to health and personally delivered him to Pink Godzilla HQ where the crew was overjoyed to see their hero safe and sound. Fox vowed never again to go on any adventures. He also vowed never to listen to Uncle J or his spirits ever again.

Fox and his rescuer strike a pose in front of the store.

Ok, I know this may sound insane...but i don't think that's all true. I believe everything but Fox being stranded in a field in Sammamish.

But saying that someone just took him doesn't add up either...I mean who would take Fox to Sammamish. So that story has to be true. Its amazing though...I've never seen him move...

Kudos to Peter for saving Fox!

...Wait..............where is Sammamish anyway...

The fox was probably taken by peter then returned when he heard there was a reward. Or perhaps his friend named Majd took it and him and peter made a deal to return it for the reward...who knows
