P.E.T.O.G. Exposed! The Preliminary Report

With PAX steadily approaching, the Pink Godzilla Investigators have decided to release a preliminary report on P.E.T.O.G. so that some of the key facts about the organization may be made public. The PGI first learned of PETOG after someone inside the organization sent in the first known sighting of Star Bear to PG HQ, blowing that case wide open and eventually leading to the capture of the foul beast. The PGI were always skeptical of PETOG and after receiving the footage of Star Bear they launched an investigation to find out more information about what the organization stood for. Hit the jump for a full report including pictures of confirmed members of PETOG!

The investigation of PETOG all started when a video clip containing footage of Star Bear arrived at PG HQ with a letter detailing how the footage was captured. The video clip was sent to the PGI headquarters by an unnamed source deep inside organization, and said the footage was captured while filming a public service announcement. The cameraman was setting up the time code for the days shoot and caught a quick glimpse of Star Bear. That was all the information the PGI received from their contact and after continuing the Star Bear investigation, a new one was started for PETOG. While reviewing the Star Bear footage the Elders caught a glimpse of two individuals, who they later identified by recovering more video footage from deep inside PETOG that will be released with their final report. The individuals in question were identified as Takeshi Sanchez and an unnamed director, both of whom are still under investigation. The PGI are currently hard at work restoring the footage that contains the first ever PETOG PSA, not the wide released Cheatum version that became an internet phenomenon and launched PETOG to worldwide fame.

Takeshi Sanchez, the famous Japanese Luchador turned actor also appeared in an unreleased PSA discovered by the PGI.

The only unknown member is simply known as the "director" who was in charge of the PETOG PSA's and his identity is still unknown.

The second piece of evidence the PGI recovered was the PETOG Public Service Announcement which the Elders decided to support as it seemed to be a noble cause. The PSA revealed that resident PG actor Cheatum had been moonlighting for PETOG and had endorsed their cause without informing the Elders of his intentions. The discovery of Cheatum as a member of PETOG brought the total confirmed membership to 3, but the PGI suspect there are many more. The funding for the operation is still a mystery and the PGI are checking financial records for any clues as to where the money is coming from. Any information about the funding of PETOG is of the highest priority and any information should be sent to the PGI immediately.

The last piece of information the PGI has decided to release is that of the mystery of the P.E.T.O.G. Myspace that was found by searching the internet for clues just recently. Already having gained a few friends, the site does give a lot of insight into what PETOG stands for and the evidence they have against Pac-man. The Elders are still searching the site and checking the facts, so make sure to check back after PAX for the full report on PETOG. Stay tuned for the latest on PETOG, only here on the PG blog!
