Wondercon 08 started out with lots to do and see for the Pink Godzilla crew in attendance; find the Moscone Convention Center South to start construction on Da Boof Jr, check out the other vendors at the con and of course keep an eye out for an occasional cosplay vixen. There was lots to check out in San Francisco with GDC just right next door in the Moscone Center, and a few random sightings of gaming elite like NOA's Reggie Fils-Aime walking down the street and a mysterious sighting of Pacman late one night. California gamers were surprised to find out that the NDS and PSP were region free and got to see some great games in action as the PG crew demoed Moero! Nekketsu Rhythm Tamashii Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan, Slide Adventure: Mag Kid, Arkanoid DS, Diagasso! Band Brothers, and the occasional showing of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, in da boof jr. as well as having a large selection of classic and import games.

There were lots of vendors at Wondercon selling comics, t-shirts, action figures, toys, and almost anything in between. After browsing the show and stumbling across the clubNamco booth right behind da boof jr selling an assortment of awesome Namco t-shirts and toys like the movable plush collection featuring Pacman, Blinky, Pinky,Inky, and of course Clyde a few purchases were made.

Wondercon was also host to the latest build of Castle Crashers over at The Behemoth booth and it was always filled with anxious gamers waiting for a chance to play the game.

There were lots of cosplayers at Wondercon of course and the PG crew was always on the lookout but sometimes an attack was not dodged in time. Corey Lewis fell victim more than once and took the wrath that followed.

There were a few booth babes hanging around Wondercon and even under the watchful eye of Elder Taragan, Pinky G was able to sneak away for a quick rendezvous with the best the con had to offer. Using his patented box hiding technique , Pinky G got away and Elder Taragan didn't notice the stealthy plushy leaving da boof jr.

With Wondercon over the PG crew packed up the rest of the quickly multiplying plushies and headed back to Seattle. With da boof jr. gone all that remained was the bright green zip ties that were the blood of da boof jr.
