The Critics have spoken! Pink Godzilla Dev Kit is the card game for gamers everywhere!

This game was clearly made for me ... Dev Kit's a blast to play ... It's an addictive little game ... It's not going to make you a better game developer, but you'll feel like one for at least a little while."
-Off the Grid, Joystiq.com

a helluva lot of fun ... I for one highly recommend it - I'm not usually a cardgamer, but this one is just too much fun to ignore.
-Michael Cardiff, Playfeed.com

So what is Pink Godzilla Dev Kit? It is a card game that magically transforms you, Joe (or Joella) Gamer, into Miyamoto or Kojima by presenting you with the opportunity to develop your own videogame. Everyone's making videogames. Why not you?

It's A Card Game? How Do I Play It?

A non-traditional card game like the Pink Godzilla Dev Kit is a deck of cards where each card carries unique properties. If you've ever played a card game like Uno or Magic: The Gathering, or any card game using the standard 52-card deck like Texas Hold ‘Em or Rummy, then you have what it takes to play Pink Godzilla Dev Kit!

Does That Mean I Have To Buy A Bunch of Booster Packs Just To Play?

No! Everything you need to play Pink Godzilla Dev Kit with up to four players is included in the main 106 card deck! You only need to purchase the main deck to start developing your favorite videogames.

There are several twists and special cards that make everything just a little chaotic-but in a hilariously fun way ... Dev Kit is a delightful and quirky game ... the designer obviously had fun making the game ... it is a fun game that gets players thinking and it is great fun to laugh at the crazy art or silly videogame titles (like Elder May Cry 3, Pinktroid Prime or Dance Dance Team Ninja Suppressors).
-Matt Drake, Kuncklebones magazine

So Does That Mean That I Won't Be Able to Upgrade My Deck?

No! Sort of. Pink Godzilla Dev Kit can be customized with new game titles, characters, weapons, and other items. For the most part, the new cards will not affect gameplay, but give you the freedom to customize your deck just the way you want it. For example, import gaming fans might want to stack their deck with Japan exclusive titles, whereas a Kojima fan might want to collect all of the Metal Gear title cards, etc.

Regardless of whether you choose to customize your deck, the core gameplay does not change, so people who purchase a Dev Kit will not be forced to purchase booster packs just to "keep up." The beauty of everyone in a game using the same deck is that any cards or customizations can be obtained and used by any player.

Be sure to check back soon for some sneak previews of other cards that will be available soon.

Does That Mean People Who Get Special Cards Will Have An Advantage Over Me?

NO! The beauty of the Pink Godzilla Dev Kit is that everyone uses the same deck in a game!

Pink Godzilla has a Munchkin-esque vibe, with humor figuring into the game play, but has a much higher level of strategy than most of the "funny" card games available, making it much more enjoyable to me ... I urge my readers to give Pink Godzilla a try; it is certainly one of the surprises of the year for me and is a light card game that plays easily and enjoyably.
